Quality Management

Quality management is what McCarrie Custom Homes puts first. This allows for a better built home, less re-work, delivery on time and within budget which leads to minimal warranty claims. This is achieved by on hands quality inspections daily and good communication with the homeowner.

Communication

John McCarrie is committed to conducting the following formal meetings with each homeowner as part of the construction process:

  1. Execution of building contract and selection of structural options
  2. Pre-Construction Orientation and selection of décor options.
  3. Pre-Drywall Inspection
  4. Pre-Occupancy Orientation – 7 days prior to closing.
  5. Sign-off Inspection on the day of occupancy.

In addition to these formal meetings, homeowners will have access on-line at www.mccarriehomes.com to updates twice a month with pictures of their home’s progress and stage of construction schedule. Also, in an effort to keep lines of communication open throughout the process, homeowners should feel free to contact me at anytime with questions or concerns should they arise.

  6. Interior Finish Inspection – 57 item checklist
  7. Pre-Final Inspection – 190 item checklist
  8. Pre-Occupancy (w/Client) – 55 item checklist
